What is the best filtration system to keep a fresh water aquarium crystal clear?

I currently have two Whisper 60 filters but continue to have a problem deeping my aquarium clear.

The best way to keep an aquarium clean is to NOT OVER FEED the fish. They can go weeks without food as long as they have water. Seriously, you do not have to feed fish very often. I rarely have fed my fish more than 3 or 4 times a week. I have always been lucky with fish and many of them have lived as long as 5 or more years. Doing a 1/4 water change once a month also helps out and don't bother de-cloranating the 1/4 change. It will help kill algae. Good luck
